Got an offer on Friday. Now I just have to decide if this is what I really want.

I'm going to think about it while I go to Costa Rica for 13 days.

Finished my application and sent the pictures in today. Then I did the whole native speaker verification thing. Looks like it's really going to happen.

I had a long talk with my folks last night about going overseas. I think they really are all for it. There was even discussion about coming to visit. I think they have just grown to accept that I'm not really good at putting down roots and they want me to follow my dreams, especially if it could be lucrative like this one has to potential to be

Less than a year, really

The plan, which we all know means it will get screwed up, says next year I will be eating my turkey in Korea. Probably wouldn't be having turkey, but I also wouldn't be here should things fall in place like I hope.

This is going to start off as I document my attempt to keep my current teaching job and at the same time try to find one on the other side of the world for a couple of years. Hopefully things will work out and I'll be off on a new adventure soon.
